Death from on High

This is the very first map that has ever made it to completion ever since I started mapping for Quake engine games. This is recompilation of it, since I had created and compiled back when Half-Life first came out. It's quite simple. An open area, two buildings with windows, and platform supported by the buildings up high. There's a ladder to get up there, but it's a bit of a challenge to get to it since the bridge between the two building has been broken. There's some nice goodies up there though.

Fields of Death

This is the second map that was completed so very long ago during the early days of Half-Life. This map was originally broken due to leaks in the map from using new compile tools, and the point file was too large for Half-Life to handle. Fortunately, with the release of Valve Hammer, I was able to load the pointfile into the editor itself and track down the leaks. Finally this map is fixed, but it still does have a several errors in it, though all cosmetic. The map is fully playable, and gamplay is as was originally designed.
